Spare Parts Cart

The Mantissa® Scorpion® Spare Parts Cart (Optional - but recommended!)

The Mantissa Scorpion® Tilt-tray Sorter was designed to give many years of dependable, trouble-free operation, which can be easily attained through conscientious care by maintenance personnel. To assist customers in maintaining and servicing their sortation equipment, Mantissa has developed the Scorpion® Spare Parts Cart.

This Cart includes a supply of both large components and component assemblies, such as TipLoc™ II's, Tilt Modules, carriers, axles, and trays. Also included are component rebuild kits, a full set of electrical spare parts and a tool kit custom-designed for use on the Scorpion®.

The Cart is set on casters so that it can be rolled to the service area and the top of the cart used as a work surface. The accompanying manual is illustrated for easy identification of parts for ordering. A pad of order forms has also been provided to facilitate faxing orders to Mantissa to replenish parts as they are used.

Component Rebuild Kits

Component Rebuild Kits are included in Scorpion® Spare Parts Cart. These are shrink wrapped kits which include everything that a maintenance person will need to rebuild the components including hardware and instructions.
