Series 5000
Since 1976, Mantissa has sold, installed and supported Logan Company's Mark 5 and
Mark 6 Tilt Tray sorters. We also developed our own line of Tilt Tray components
named the S-5000 and S-6000. We still provide spare parts and support for any Logan

Custom Controls Software
Mantissa develops our own custom controls software which is used to drive our systems.
We offer two primary products in this category: Merlin and
Destination. Merlin is the core framework which handles messaging,
queuing, logging, and custom business logic. Destination is our machine level product,
a software PLC. It operates with the distributed I/O to track boxes, signal beacons,
divert products, and induct products to the tilt-tray.

Light Wizard
The Mantissa Light Wizard has been developed specifically for the warehouse and
distribution industries to increase accuracy and improve productivity. The visual
interface system is designed to provide a compelling interface between a company's
software applications and their employees. Chute display modules have alphanumeric capabilities and indicator LED lights. We work with our customers to determine how they will use their chutes and make a light module reccomendation based on that analysis.
